Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and properly stocked
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks
Take out trash and recycling as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, work areas, and equipment
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently with the culinary team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly

Requirements:

Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed
