Overview

Men's Locker Room: Large and unique, the men's locker room is expected to be well kept, clean, and convenient for our membership. We provide amenities and services to our membership to ensure they have a positive experience while golfing at Sewickley Heights Golf Club, their home away from home. Whether showering after a round of golf, enjoying a relaxing beverage, working on business, or playing a game of cards with the guys, the locker room serves as a safe haven for our golf members.

Experience Required

Minimum of three years experience in a service forward role.
Able to bend and lift 20 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds frequently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Proactive and service driven attitude.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

Meet and exceed member service expectations.
Ensure members and their guests are greeted properly as they enter the locker room area and are treated as if they are members of the Club.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise the staff in the locker room.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of all departmental equipment, and make sure all equipment is operated in a safe manner in accordance with its intended use.
Order inventory as needed and track inventory levels.
Oversee safety training, safety procedures, and related record keeping, including communicating important information to locker room staff.
Communicate needs related to maintenance issues, locker transactions, schedule requests, and other pertinent details with the appropriate departments.
Maintain an organized member locker rental operation, including an accurate and up to date listing of all member locker assignments.
Oversee the shoe cleaning process to ensure superior shoe maintenance and care for Club members and their guests.
Schedule and implement annual shutdown deep cleaning projects.
Complete all cleaning duties required for the locker rooms to meet Sewickley Heights Golf Club standards each day.
Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
